General Monitors Flame Detector
General Monitors have released their Model FL4000H – Multi-spectrum Infrared Flame Detector – now with HART and IECEx certification. The FL4000H has unsurpassed false alarm immunity due to its patented Neural Network Technology. It has an increased range and wide field of view due to its Multi-Spectrum Infrared Sensor Array. The COPM (Continuous Optical Path Monitoring) self test checks the optical path integrity (window cleanliness) and the detector’s electronic circuitry every two minutes.
