Multiple coupling add-on module
The shaft alignment of machine trains with two or more couplings can now be achieved within the shortest possible time.With only one twist ROTALIGN Ultra measures simultaneously and continuously, the alignment condition of up to five couplings. This new Expert Shaft add-on module runs on the ROTALIGN Ultra platform and utilises the unique ROTALIGN 5-axis sensor technology which guarantees the highest precision and straightforward measurement. Wireless communication instantly allows data transfer between all the sensors and the computer.

ROTALIGN Ultra Vibration Acceptance Check
The ROTALIGN Ultra Vibration Acceptance Check application works in combination with the VIBTOOL device to measure vibration level according to ISO 10816-3 international standard. The RMS velocity value is wirelessly transferred and stored back onto ROTALIGN Ultra where the result is instantly evaluated against the machine classification threshold. This fulfils the recommendation of the acceptance check after installation of rotating machinery or any alignment job, ensuring that machines run without restrictions. The automatically generated Vibration Acceptance Check report can be issued either separately or included within the shaft alignment report.
ROTALIGN Ultra Live Trend - Real-time measurement of machine positional change
Live Trend add-on module
Cold alignment targets may not accurately predict the actual operating condition of a running machine. Live Trend is used to monitor movement of machines during run-up or coast-down phase, in order to determine the positional change over time and the influences of given events.
This add-on module runs on the ROTALIGN Ultra platform and utilizes the unique 5-axis sensor to monitor continuously, in real-time and simultaneously both the vertical and horizontal parallel and angular displacement of rotating machinery, from cold to hot condition or vice versa and hence determining the relative positional change between coupled machines during operation.
ROTALIGN Ultra Flatness - Measuring surface flatness and levelling with precision and convenience
A versatile system for maintenance jobs ROTALIGN Ultra flatness is a high precision system using the LEVALIGN rotating laser for measuring surface flatness and leveling.
The 3-D graphic display shows the real surface profile. The evaluation of the surface flatness is made easy by using different colors according to the specified tolerances and the selected reference points.
The system is most suitable for many applications within a variety of industries like petrochemical processing, paper mills, shipping, glass, marine engine builders, mobile crane manufacturers, and power generation.
