Benefits of Shaft Alignment
Reduce machinery breakdowns and increase your uptime with correct shaft alignment.
Shaft misalignment is responsible for up to 50% of all costs related to rotating machinery breakdowns. Accurately aligning shafts can prevent machinery breakdowns and reduce unplanned downtime that results in a loss of production.
The consequences of misaligned shafts in rotating machinery can be severe and include expensive unscheduled downtime, loss of production, increased energy consumption, overheating, vibration, premature wear and tear and increased maintenance or replacement costs.
