Condition Monitoring Transducer
The PRÜFTECHNIK Vibcode System uses the world’s first intelligent data collection transducer in order to save a significant amount of time and reduce the chance of human error. The intelligent sensor knows where to measure and which measurement is the right one.
Each Vibcode stud is encoded with a specific location number and measurement types. A special patented probe locks onto the stud to measure both vibration and bearing condition (shock pulse) with excellent signal transmission and repeatability. It also allows the data collector to recognise each location and to take pre-programed measurements automatically to avoid any mistakes.
